Located in a mid-19th century building on Vilniaus Street. The first floor and mansard level were adapted for office use.

The project focused on renewing the space while respecting its historic character. Wall and ceiling drawings were revealed rather than concealed.

Exposed brickwork and fragments of historic walls remain visible, adding depth and authenticity. The contrast between raw materials and clean office functions creates spaces that feel both grounded and renewed.

A careful transformation that gives the building a new life without erasing its past.
