PART I

Task was to create an inspiring environment for all the new Fintech startups

based in Vilnius,  growing co-working community in Lithuania with a 150 seats auditorium for new pitches and events.

PART II

The project involved extending the existing premises by an additional 200 sqm. The concept was to continue the original design language while allowing it to evolve further. The office is organised into two two-storey platforms: one forming a large stair-amphitheatre for presentations, the other dedicated entirely to a variety of meeting rooms.

With a five-metre-high ceiling, the space feels open and airy, yet remains warm and intimate in the work areas tucked beneath the stairs.
